We offer the following return options;

Refund:
If you wish to refund your item(s) and ask for a refund, you have to notify us through info@cou7ure.com in advance and according to right of cancellation as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
In all cases, you pay for the return shipment yourself with the courier of your choice. As soon as Cou7ure Essentials has received and processed the return shipment, we will credit the amount. This will then be refunded to the account you paid with.
Right of cancellation

In accordance with the Distance Selling Act you are entitled to a trial period. The trial period (14 days) starts on the day after you have received the package from us. Within this period you can cancel the purchase (without giving reasons) and return the product. Return shipments are best registered with us in advance (if you have paid via iDEAL, do not forget to mention your account number in your request).

Products that you return on the basis of the Distance Selling Act must be returned in the original condition (and if reasonably possible including the original packaging). If you do not comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the return. With an accepted return we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days. Returning products is at your own expense and risk.
